Direct Injection Solution

KEEP YOUR CAR'S INTAKE SYSTEM HEALTHY

The Direct Injection System (DIS) is made up of two key components; DIS Injection System and DIS Carbon Cleaner. Both were developed, designed, and fabricated to work with each other and it is strongly recommended to not use any other products in the DIS Delivery System.

Delivery System

The Delivery System is very user friendly and works either through a 12 volt car adapter or 12 volt battery (booster) pack. It uses an on-board processor to manage the cycles of compressed air to work with the Carbon Cleaner to remove carbon from the intake side of the engine.

Setup

The nozzle is connected to a vacuum line or intake port on the intake manifold, the most commonly used connection is through the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve. Once this is complete the system can be turned on and primed.

There are two cannisters that need to be filled with the Carbon Clean Solution, one for the Clean Cycle and one for the Wash Cycle. The Clean Cycle loosens and breaks down the carbon while the Wash Cycle washes it away removing it completely.

Once the DIS Solution service has begun the Carbon Cleaner works with the compressed air to create a cloud or mist that fills every area of the intake manifold. This mist enables maximum penetration and allows the carbon cleaner to break down the carbon deposits. There is a rest or dwell time between the wash and clean cycles, this gives the carbon cleaner time to adhere and further breakdown the heavier carbon deposits which will evaporate into a mist during the Clean Cycle.

This process has been proven to break down 90% of carbon based build-up on GDI Engines. Some vehicles do require a second service for severe issues on higher mileage vehicles.

Clean Up

All hoses should be blown out to ensure no leftover Carbon Cleaner can sit or dry out within the airlines. Nozzles should also be cleared under running water or with a brake cleaner. This will ensure they are ready to use for the next service. The canisters can also be rinsed out under hot water if there is still some leftover residue from the Carbon Cleaner.

We work with Manufacturers / OEM, Dealerships and Independent Garages.
